The story of this jar

Everything in this jar was made by bees. Royal jelly — the food of queens. Bee pollen — the hive’s protein store. Propolis — the resin bees use to guard the colony. Folded, cold, into raw sidr honey.

We bottle Reserve only when the hives allow, in small batches, which is why it comes and goes. Customers who take their sidr daily add Reserve for the weeks that ask more of them.

The Khalis method

Built in the Khalis kitchen: raw honey as the base, tradition as the recipe.

  • Whole herbs and spices, stone-ground in-house
  • Folded cold into raw honey — never heated, never extracted
  • Mixed in small weekly batches, dosed by weight

Why this jar

Royal jelly, real dose

The rarest substance in the hive, blended through every spoon — not a token drop.

On a sidr base

The carrier is Emirati sidr honey — the same jar our house is built on.

Genuinely small batches

When the hives can’t supply it, we don’t bottle it. Limited means limited.

How to take it

  • One teaspoon each morning — treat it as the hive’s daily briefing.
  • Don’t stir it into hot drinks; royal jelly is delicate.
  • Many customers alternate: sidr daily, Reserve on demanding weeks.

Questions, answered

What is royal jelly?

The milky secretion worker bees feed to queen bees — the most concentrated food in the hive, prized across the world and always scarce. In Reserve it is folded directly into raw sidr honey.

Why is Reserve sometimes out of stock?

Royal jelly and propolis come in tiny quantities per hive. We bottle Reserve in small batches only when our hives allow — that scarcity is real, not marketing.

Who is Reserve for?

Customers who already take honey daily and want the full hive — pollen, propolis and royal jelly — in one spoon, on a sidr base.

How should I store it?

Cool, dark cupboard, tightly closed. Never refrigerate and never expose to heat — royal jelly is the most delicate thing we bottle.
