Khalis Yemeni Sidr Doani Honey
5.02 reviewsThe king’s jar — Wadi Do’an sidr, the honey the Arab world measures all others against.
Bottled by HoneyBank — the Gulf's honey specialists, trusted by 20,000+ customers across the Emirates.
The story of this jar
In Wadi Do’an, Hadhramaut, sidr trees older than memory bloom for a few autumn weeks, and beekeepers who inherited the craft over generations follow them through the canyon. The honey they take is Doani — the most prized, most imitated honey on earth.
True Doani is thick to the point of slowness, red-amber under light, with a taste that starts as caramel and ends somewhere near incense. Weddings are gifted it; elders swear by it; counterfeiters chase it. Ours comes sealed from source, batch-checked, in quantities we can vouch for jar by jar.

- Sealed at source and imported whole — lab-checked by HoneyBank

The most-faked honey on earth demands the most careful chain. Ours has one.

For weddings, elders and people who have everything — the jar that needs no explaining.
How to take it
- One small spoon, morning, empty stomach — the traditional way.

Pairs well with
Questions, answered
Why is Doani sidr so expensive?
A short bloom, remote canyon terrain, generational beekeeping and world demand. Genuine Wadi Do’an sidr is scarce every single year — Rs 9,500 for 500g is the honest end of its global price range.
How can I trust it is genuine Doani?
It is imported sealed from Hadhramaut through HoneyBank’s Gulf supply chain and batch-tested. We stake the whole brand — the word khalis — on jars like this one.
Doani vs Emirati sidr?
Both are true sidr. Emirati (Rs 4,500) is the daily-luxury jar; Doani (Rs 9,500) is deeper, thicker and rarer — the connoisseur and gift grade.
What does it taste like?
Dense red-amber honey; caramel first, then dried fruit, then a long resinous, almost incense-like finish that plain honeys simply do not have.
