These Terms & Conditions govern your use of khalishoney.com and any order you place with Khalis Pure Honey, operated by HoneyBank, Atrium Mall, Ground Floor, Zaibunnisa Street, Saddar, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. By using our site or ordering, you agree to these terms.
Our products
We sell raw honey and honey-and-herb blends. Information on our site describes each product’s traditional use and ingredients. It is provided for general information only and is not medical advice; we make no claims to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Please consult a qualified professional for health concerns. As with all honey, our products are not suitable for infants under 12 months.
Pricing & availability
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include free nationwide delivery.
- Prices, offers and availability may change without notice.
- We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to a stock issue or an obvious pricing error — and will refund any amount already paid.
Orders & cash on delivery
When you place a cash-on-delivery order, you agree to accept and pay for it on delivery. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD parcels may result in COD being disabled for future orders.
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Khalis name and logo, text, photography, artwork and the film — is owned by HoneyBank and its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
We take great care with our products and service, but to the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
