Why does acacia honey stay liquid?
Kikar nectar is naturally high in fructose, which resists crystallisation. Commercial honeys stay liquid because they are heat-treated; acacia stays liquid because of what it is.
Is kikar honey the same as imported "acacia honey"?
European acacia honey comes from black locust; ours comes from Pakistan’s own kikar (Vachellia/Acacia) bloom. Same gentle character, local origin, honest price.
