Khalis Calm Honey
Babuna, lemon balm and ashwagandha in clean acacia honey — the day’s full stop.
Bottled by HoneyBank — the Gulf's honey specialists, trusted by 20,000+ customers across the Emirates.
The story of this jar
Pakistan runs late — offices that never close, phones that never sleep, chai at midnight. Calm Honey is the counter-ritual: babuna (chamomile), lemon balm and tulsi with standardised ashwagandha extract and L-theanine, folded cold into clean acacia honey.
One slow spoon in warm milk after Isha, or straight from the jar when the day needs ending. It is not a sedative and doesn’t pretend to be — it is a gentler way to land.
The Khalis method
Built in the Khalis kitchen: raw honey as the base, tradition as the recipe.
- Whole herbs and spices, stone-ground in-house
- Folded cold into raw honey — never heated, never extracted
- Mixed in small weekly batches, dosed by weight
Why this jar
The classic calming herbs
Chamomile and lemon balm are the world’s two most-loved evening herbs; tulsi is ours.
Standardised ashwagandha
A measured extract, the same in every jar — not a pinch of root powder.
An evening ritual, not a pill
Warm milk, one spoon, phone down. The ritual is half the point.
How to take it
- Stir one spoon into warm milk 30–60 minutes before bed.
- Or take it straight and let it dissolve slowly.
- Pair with Energy Honey in the morning — most customers run both.

Questions, answered
Will Calm Honey make me sleepy?
It is not a sedative. Chamomile, lemon balm and ashwagandha are traditional evening herbs taken to wind down; the ritual of a warm drink matters as much as the ingredients.
What is L-theanine?
An amino acid found naturally in tea leaves, widely taken for calm focus. The amount in Calm Honey is modest and food-level.
Can I take it during pregnancy?
Ashwagandha is generally not recommended during pregnancy — please consult your doctor first.
Best way to take it?
One spoon in warm (not hot) milk after dinner. Hot liquids damage raw honey, so let the milk cool to drinking temperature first.
