The story of this jar

Every Pakistani table already knows this remedy — a pinch of saunf after dinner, ajwain water when the biryani wins. Digestive Honey takes those exact household spices, stone-grinds them in-house, and folds them cold into mild acacia honey so the spoon does what the pantry used to.

Nothing is heated and nothing is extracted. Whole fennel, dried ginger, ajwain, peppermint and green cardamom keep their oils and their bite; the acacia honey keeps its enzymes. It tastes like a dessert and settles like a daadi-ma ka nuskha.

The Khalis method

Built in the Khalis kitchen: raw honey as the base, tradition as the recipe.

  • Whole herbs and spices, stone-ground in-house
  • Folded cold into raw honey — never heated, never extracted
  • Mixed in small weekly batches, dosed by weight

Why this jar

Built for heavy meals

Fennel, ajwain and ginger are the subcontinent’s classic after-food trio — here in one honest spoon.

Cold-mixed, never heated

Heat kills the point of raw honey. Every Khalis blend is folded cold in small batches.

Real doses, whole spices

Stone-ground whole spices, not flavouring. You can see the specks in the jar.

How to take it

  • Take one teaspoon after your heaviest meal of the day.
  • Stir into warm (not hot) water as a quick after-dinner qahwa.
  • Keep the jar on the dining table, not in the cupboard — you’ll actually use it.

Questions, answered

When should I take Digestive Honey?

One teaspoon after meals, especially heavy dinners. Many customers keep it on the dining table and take it the way families traditionally take saunf after food.

What is inside Digestive Honey?

Raw acacia honey with stone-ground fennel (saunf), dried ginger (sonth), ajwain, peppermint and green cardamom. Nothing heated, nothing extracted, no added sugar.

Is it safe for children?

Yes, in normal food amounts for children over one year. Like all honey, it must never be given to infants under 12 months.

Does it taste like medicine?

No — it tastes like mild honey with a warm saunf-ajwain finish. It is a food, not a syrup.
