The story of this jar

Energy Honey is built for the morning shift: purified shilajit from the mountains, Panax ginseng, bee pollen from our own hives, ground khajoor and Ceylon cinnamon with ashwagandha root, all in light raw honey.

This is the jar our gym customers and 6 a.m. commuters reorder. It is intense — mineral, malty, unmistakably herbal. If you want honey that tastes like dessert, choose Acacia or Orange Blossom; if you want the jar that starts the engine, this is it.

The Khalis method

Built in the Khalis kitchen: raw honey as the base, tradition as the recipe.

  • Whole herbs and spices, stone-ground in-house
  • Folded cold into raw honey — never heated, never extracted
  • Mixed in small weekly batches, dosed by weight

Why this jar

Shilajit, purified properly

Filtered and tested resin — the mountain classic, without the mountain grit.

Bee pollen from our hives

The hive’s own protein store, spoon-dosed. Nature’s original multivitamin.

Dates, not sugar

Khajoor deepens the sweetness naturally — there is never added sugar in a Khalis jar.

How to take it

  • One teaspoon with breakfast — before, not instead of.
  • Athletes: one spoon 30–45 minutes before training.
  • Take it in the morning; it is not an 11 p.m. jar.

Questions, answered

What does shilajit with honey do?

Shilajit is the subcontinent’s traditional mineral tonic and honey its traditional carrier. Together with ginseng, pollen and dates it makes the classic morning-vitality spoon. Food, not medicine.

Is the shilajit genuine?

Yes — purified, filtered resin, lab-checked. Raw unpurified shilajit is unsafe; ours is processed the correct traditional-plus-modern way.

What does it taste like?

Strong: malty, mineral and herbal over light honey with a cinnamon finish. It is the boldest-tasting jar we make.

Who should avoid it?

Pregnant or nursing women and anyone on regular medication should check with a doctor first — ginseng and shilajit are potent traditional ingredients.
